WorldNetDaily.com— STUART, Fla. – A mixed-breed dog was being placed in foster care Tuesday after being rescued from a transient Indiantown man who was allegedly having sex with the puppy.
This South Florida community some 90 miles north of Miami is outraged after a suspected illegal alien allegedly raped a puppy.
The man, who initially told police his name was Junio Trenta but is believed to be Enrique Garcia, was taken into custody after Martin County Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to a possible animal in distress.
A witness called a Martin County deputy who arrived to find Junio Trenta, 31, having anal intercourse with the dog amid the woods in the 3200 block of Southeast Dixie Highway about 12:11 p.m. Monday.

Upon being seen, Trenta said, "It's my dog," and, "What's the problem?" The male dog ran and hid behind the deputies, according to a report released Tuesday.
Trenta, a Mexican citizen working as a laborer, i.e., Illegal Alien, was charged with one count of felony sexual bestiality and one count of felony animal cruelty. He was also charged with one misdemeanor count each of giving a false name to deputies, exposure of sexual organs and possession of paraphernalia after a marijuana-smoking pipe was found in his pocket, according to the report.
He was being held on a $13,000 bail Tuesday at the Martin County jail.
Records from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement show Trenta spent 28 days in jail after pleading no contest to an Orange County misdemeanor larceny charge in 2005.
The dog, a 4-month-old Argentine Dogo, was being cared for by the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast.
"He's already been evaluated by the vet, and the vet says he's OK and will recover from whatever happened," Humane Society spokeswoman Roberta Synal said Tuesday. "If he's put in a good foster home, he's going to get lots of love and training."
Synal said the Humane Society, through the foster parent, would maintain custody of the dog, an unusual breed, until officials determine who actually owns it. If the owner or the legal process gives ownership to the Humane Society, the dog would be put up for adoption.
"If anyone wants to help out, the best thing they can do is come here and be a foster parent," she said.

In the local newspaper's online messageboard, people are commenting on the case, lashing out at the Mexican who also spent 28 days in jail after pleading no contest to a misdemeanor larceny charge last year in Orange County, Fla.:
"This is the kind of scum that is sneaking into our country with all the 'nice people who just want a better life.' Get real. Send all illegals home, then screen them to see if they qualify to come into America! ... We do not need illegals for anything. (It's all propaganda). Especially, when they think it's OK to do stuff like this. [Garcia] should do everyone a favor, and commit suicide." (Kurt Ploszay)
"Has anyone considered where he got this puppy? As an 'illegal' piece-of-scum laborer, you're going to tell me he spent his own hard-earned money on purchasing this puppy? Get real! I bet he stole this puppy from someone. I say fly him over Mexico ... and let him jump (without a parachute). Might want to attach a note to his body stating that this is not tolerated in the good ol' U.S. of A. This person will rot in Hell for what he did ... but hopefully he will be someone's 'dog' in jail for a while first!" (Kathy Lecavalier)
"Ship that sick Mexican back to Mexico. Get rid of all this scourge of the Earth. Deport all illegals immediately and stop spending my tax dollars on these animals." (Elizabeth Yeltnuh)
"Obviously doing a job that most Americans won't do." (Terry Wright)
One reader took the Stuart News to task for avoiding use of the term "illegal alien" in its coverage of the story: "I assume that the story's comment "Trenta, a Mexican citizen working as a laborer, ... " is your paper's new euphemism for illegal alien?" (Steve Breitenbach)

My opinion on the story;
What the newspaper's story is obviously missing (As pointed out by it's readers online comments) and what the arresting authorities obviously missed is that Trenta is a Mexican citizen working as a laborer. Does that not classify him as an Illegal Alien? Last year Trenta spent 28 days in jail after pleading no contest to an Orange County misdemeanor larceny charge in 2005. So, the question is, why did the puppy have to suffer such treatment in the first place? It wasn't necessary, when in fact Trenta should have been deported for his previous crimes last year. I think the answer is that we're a nation being led by a 'Compassionate Conservative' (and I voted for the man) who panders to illegals and to Mexican President Vicente Fox. It's as if our president ignors our Constitution, the American people, and American security and focuses more on the Mexican people and the "bottom of the barrel" lower class dregs of Mexican society. Let's face reality. Vicente Fox isn't sending his best and brightest to America. Fox is conducting a subtle "Mariel Boatlift" style campaign of emptying his country of the destitute and poor citizens that are a liability to Mexico. For those of you who do not remember, the Mariel Boatlift occured between April 15 and October 31, 1980, when Cuba's Fidel Castro allowed 125,000 Cubans in 17oo makeshift boats to emigrate to Miami. Many of these people were found to be violent felons and mental patients. Don't get me wrong. I'll be the first to admit that there are many fine people who find their way here from Mexico. I've met and worked with some. They are decent people looking for a better life. Then again, many are of dubious character like Trenta. Trenta is a glaring example of what we don't want in the U.S., and why our president is remiss in his oath of office to close and to protect the borders from a silent Mexican invasion. What should outrage our president and the American people is that Trenta was allowed to remain in this country to commit felony sexual bestiality and felony animal cruelty rather than having been deported south of the border last year after his first arrest. The authorities certainly upheld the law when Trenta was charged with larceny. Then again, the authorities failed to uphold federal laws when they ignored Trenta's immigrant status and failed to deport him last year. And so it goes, nothing will change.
